Dr. Alfred Groff has a Ph.D. in psychology, psychopathology and psychiatry. He is currently the head of a counselling office for socially disadvantaged people, member of the board of the initiative for more democracy Luxembourg and coordinator of the Luxembourgish Social Forum.
